Introduction to East Asian Library Resources - Registration
The library will conduct a 90-minutes orientation and library tour on October 29, 2:30 PM. Attendees must register in advance for either session.
About the tour:
We would like to meet in person at the Campus Library entrance at L-Strasse and will take you on a short tour through the library and walk to the library training room, which is equipped with desktop PCs (of course you can also to bring your own devices). Our agenda for the introductory session includes the following topics:
- Introduction of the East Asia Studies librarians team & the collection at Campus Library
- Introduction to library facilities and services
- Other Libraries at Freie Universität Berlin
- Campus Library services
- Acquisition requests & Open Access resources
- Access to East Asian Studies resources and other
- Consulting services on research data management and digital humanities
- Your feedback: how can we further support your MA studies or your PhD project
